Between 1:00 am and 3:00 am on July 5th2011 a male and a female were involved in physical altercation in the females vehicle. During the altercation the male allegedly pulled out a shot gun and pointed it at the female then choked and punched her. The male fled the scene in her vehicle. This case is pending further investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Estevan Rivera was involved in a verbal argument with a house hold member. During the argument he pushed and punched the house hold member’s face. He was booked for Battery against a household member.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HER CHILDS FATHER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. DURING INVESTIGATION SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE DRIVING WITH A REVOKED LICENSE DUE TO A RECENT DWI ARREST. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE LESS THAN ONE OUNCE OF MARIJUANA AND A PYREX PIPE AND ROLLING PAPERS. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. SUSPECTS VEHICLE (A 2007 TOYOTA CAMERY) WAS SEIZED BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

Suspect was located outside of his residence in a vehicle discharging a firearm by the caller. Suspect was intoxicated at the time and upset with current situational matters. Suspect discharged several rounds into the surrounding area before being taken into custody without incident. Booked into Santa Fe County ADC without incident.

Victim reported that on 07-05-2011 at approximately 4:02pm their vehicle was broken into. Entry was gained by breaking the front passengers side window. Once inside the suspect(s) stole a 12"X8" Black and Red Colibri purse. The damage and stolen value are estemated to be near 1700 dollars. Case is under investigation.

On 07-04-2011 between the time of 5:30-6:00pm an unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry through a side window. Entry was gained into the victims Toyota Corolla by breaking the window. Once inside the suspect(s) stole a Toshiba Laptop, and a Dell Insperon Laptop valued at $1045. Case is under investigation.

Stolen items were valued at about $2510.00

On 7/2/11 at about 1952 hours deputy responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Deputy made contact with suspect who was intoxicated and uncooperative Victim #1 stated that suspect struck his mother(suspect's) in the face. Victim #1 stated he attempted to stop suspect and at that time suspect struck him. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
