Deputies responded to a Fraud call. Upon arrival Deputies contacted the victim who stated a family member was entrusted to sell a vehicle. The family member in turn changed the name of the title and kept the vehicle. Case is under investigation.

On 12-28-2010 at approximately 10:25 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to the location in regards to a battery. Upon arriving the victim of the battery accused a male of sexually assaulting her while she was asleep approximately one week ago. Case is still under investigation.

On 12-28-2010 victim reported to Deputies that between the hours of 12:00p.m. and 10:30p.m. unknown persons gained entry into her home through a window and stole a Samsung flatscreen TV, Macbook laptop computer, Nikon camera and Makita cordless drill.

On 12-28-2010 victim stated that between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. unknown persons forced the front door open to his residence and stole jewelry, laptop computers and a guitar. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reports out of town for a week and had a friend house sitting. Upon return victim discovered a .38 cal. revolver, lap top and television were missing. Case is under investigation.

Deputy was dispatched to home inside location at approximately 4:23am. Victim stated hw was awakened to the sound of his car alarm. Victim stated that he went to investigate and noticed his vehicle had been burglarized. Taken were four cell phones and a mp4 player. Case is still under investigation.

The driver showed signs of impairment was placed under arrest. The driver refused chemical testing. The drivers vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5

Victim noticed that her account was overdrawn by $1,000. Victim stated that the Bank told her that an unknown person made a withdrawal from her account, using a fictitious License. This case is still under investigation.

The Defendant was in a physical fight with his wife. The defendant struck his wife in the neck, causing a visible injury. The defendant was arrested and taken to the Detention Center, without incident.
