Victim reported that on this date sometime between 6:00pm and 6:30pm some unknown person stole his motorcycle. Victim reported the motorcycle was stolen from the side of his residence, it was a 2004 blue Yamaha TTR90cc valued at about $400.00

On 3/15/10 victim reported that between 3/14/10 at 2300 hours and 3/15/10 at 0650 hours unknown persons gained entry through south side front window by breaking window with an unknown object. Unknown persons went into safe closet area and dismantled 3 metal safes. Unknown persons took about $20,000.00 in US Currency. Estimated damage amount is $6,000.00.

On 3-14-2010 the victim left the vehucle running, unsecured while she returned to a bussiness at the location. When the victim reurned to the parking lot, the vehicle was missing.

On 3-13-2010 at 10:08 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location when he was stopped for speeding. A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed that there was an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued by the Rio Arriba County Magistrate Court.

On the above date the victim and suspect got in to an arguement over a female calling the victim on his cell phone. After arguing for a while the suspect battered the victim and was placed under arrest when deputies arrived on scene.

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute and upon arrival learned that John Blake had threatened to shoot a household member with a shotgun which he had brandished. He was arrested and booked for Aggravated Assault against a Household Member.
