Victim advised she got back and noticed a Samsung Cell phone and $70.00 in currency missing. Victim stated that she needed to get to the Airport, so she waited to report the incident. Estimated value of items taken is $220.00.

On7/23/09, Deputy responded to a man down call, and located suspect face down in the middle of the Interstate, just outside his vehicle, a 1992 Dodge Dakota, bearing NM plate# 036-NMW. Suspect was found to be highly intoxicated, arrested, and taken to St. Vincent Hospital for a blood draw. Dsuspect charged, booked accordingly.

On 7/22/09, Deputies responded to a Domestic Disturbance, in which the suspect was involved in a verbal arguement with his wife, and stepdaughters.Suspect was holding a can of beer and took a swing at his wife, but missed. Wife and kids then locked themselves in the bathroom, and called 911. Suspect was trying to break the door down. Suspect was very uncooperative, and refused to be arrested and handcuffed. Suspect was booked, charged accordingly.

On 7/22/09 at approx 2239hrs, Deputy responded to activated alarm, and located forced entry to 2(two) offices, located in the same building. The suspect(s) BROKE a window, unlock a latch, slid the windiow up, and unlawfully gained entry. It appears that nothing was stolen, or damaged. Investigation continues.
