LOCATION: CERRILLOS ROAD / BECKNER ROAD, SANTA FE AREA.

ARRESTED:  PEDRO RUIZ JR., 29 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED OR REVOKED DRIVERS LICENSE

On this date deputy observed the vehicle south bound on Cerrillos Road, near Beckner Road, speeding and no plate on vehicle.  Deputy stopped vehicle and found where plate had been stolen and the driver had a suspended, cancealed license due to DWI actions.  Suspect was arrested on above listed charges and transported to the Adult Detention Center with out incident.


CASE 0209000318 / WARRANT-SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS / 01-10-2009

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF LA LUNA ROAD, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  AMOS NAVA, 21 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  WARRANT FAILURE TO APPEAR DRUG CHARGES

On this date deputies arrived at suspects home and located him.  Suspect was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Magistrate Court for possession of marijuana under one ounce.  Suspect was taken to the Adult Detention Center where the warrant was served.

Suspect:  Patricia Martinez, age 19, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Selling or giving alcohol to minors

On 1/11/09, Victim stated that her daughters came home and that suspect was intoxicated and was arguing with her and throwing things inside the residence.  Suspect was being belligerant and refused to go to a relatives residence.  She was then placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect:  Raywatt Jongolnee, age 33, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Agg. DWI, Speeding

On 1/11/09 suspect was traveling at 88 mph in a posted 55 mph zone.  Upon contact deputy noticed an odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage emitting from his person and breath.  Suspect showed signs of impairment.  Suspect was placed under arrest and refused to submit to a breath test.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  Valle Vista Blvd., Santa Fe, NM

On 1/11/09, Victim stated that she returned home at about 0140 hours and noticed the interior of her residence was cold.  Victim stated as she checked the residence she observed the west end bedroom window to be shattered.  Victim stated that suspect rifled through items inside.  Victim stated that nothing appeared to taken.  Physical evidence was located at the scene.

Location:  1100 block of Calle Nueva Vista, Santa Fe, NM

On 01/10/09, victim stated he parked his 2004 Pontiac Sunfire at  the intersection of Calle Nueva Vista and Rufina Street and had placed a for sale sign on it.  Victim stated that he got off work and drove by the intersection and noticed it was missing.  Victim valued the vehicle at about $3000.00.  No suspects or physical evidence was located.

Suspect:  Gabino Pinon-Romero, age 25, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Agg. DWI, Driving while license suspended/revoked

On 1/10/09, Romero was observed behind the steering wheel of his vehicle which was in gear and he was slumped over.  Contact was made with Romero who had the odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage emitting on his person and breath.  Suspect showed signs of impairment.  Suspect was given SFST's and showed further signs of impairment.  Suspect was placed under arrest and he refused to submit to a breath test.  DMV revealed that suspect's license was suspended/revoked.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

An 18 year old male was walking in an arroyo east of Evergreen Lane in El Rancho, NM carring a 19" Emerson flat screen TV.  While doing so he was approached by the above suspects who physically removed the TV from his possession and threatened to kill him if he called the police.  The suspects then fled the area in a black BMW with the TV.  The vehicle was located by Deputies, traveling north on US 84/285 near the intersection of State Road 503.  A traffic stop was conducted with this vehicle and the above suspect were located in the vehicle with the TV.  The victim was able to identify the suspects who were arrested.

On the above date the parent of the above named child reported that she failed to return home after school on friday. According to the parent the child has done this before. She was entered in to NCIC as misiing.
