Location of Incident: Old Pecos Trail/I-25 on ramp Santa Fe, NM
Suspect/Arrested: Joseph Sarff (61 years old) 4 Alondra Santa Fe, NM 87508
On April 14, 2009 at approximately 1:40 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival contact was made with a female standing on the shoulder of the roadway with a visible injury to her face. The victim advised that she was involved in a altercation with her husband during which time he punched her in the face. The victim advised that her husband stopped his vehicle and she was able to exit. Her husband than continued traveling north on I-25 to the Pecos, NM area. The above suspect was located a short time later at a residence in Pecos, NM and was arrested for battery against a household member.

Suspect/Arrested: Aaron Stevenson 32 years old 64 Mustang Road, Edgewood NM
On April 14, 2009 at approximately 11:45pm the above suspect was involved in a physical altercation at the above location. During the altercation the suspect retrieved a handgun from his vehicle and pointed it a the person he had a physical altercation with and a witness, and threatened to kill both of them. The suspect was located at his residence a short time later and arrested.

Location: Fortuna Road, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado subdivision)
On 4/14/09 victim reported that he left his residence at 0830 hours and returned at 1733 hours. Victim reported that he noticed his cat outside the residence which was odd. Victim entered his residence and observed the front door to be kicked in and his 12 gauge shotgun, $300 cash, his laptop computer were all taken. Estimated amount taken is $1399.99. The door frame was damaged.

Suspect: Rodney Price, age 44, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Battery against a household member
On 4/14/09 Deputy responded to above location in reference to a domestic. Suspect stated that he wanted to give the dog a bath. Suspect put dog in tub and asked for help from victim, in which victim gave him an attitude. Suspect then struck victim on nose which caused it to bleed. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Saturday 04-11-09 at about 7:00am the victim told her sons girlfriend that she was not welcome in her house anymore. Victim advised that she then found the above items missing. The victim gave her sons girlfriend until today to return the items to no avail.

Evalia Uliberri was arrested for violating a restraining order when it was discovered that she had harassed the protected person by close proximity and blocking the protected person from leaving the family property.

On 4-11-09 victim reported that suspect(s) had been staying at his residence. Victim stated when he awoke in the morning the TV was missing along with Suspect and all his personal belongings. An attempt to locate the suspect was made with negative results. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Victim reported that over the past six months she has noticed that several arcticles of jewelry valued at approx. $4,700 were missing from her residence. Victim advised that she had a security system installed in her residence in September 2008 and left the employee of this security company by himself in her residence for several hours. Victim advised that she has not observed any forced entry into her residence and does not know exactly when these items were taken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
CASE 0209003059 / AGGRAVATED DWI - DRIVER TO BE LICENSED - ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC - OPEN CONTAINER / 04-13-2009

LOCATION: 6100 BLOCK OF VUELTA VENTURA, SANTA FE AREA
ARRESTED: NICOLAS AVITIA-BATISTA, 30 YOA MALE
CHARGES: AGGRAVAGTED DWI, OPEN CONTAINER, DRIVER TOO BE LICENSE, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC
On this date deputy observed suspect driving a 1999 GMC Yukon in Tierra Real making a turn onto Vuelta Ventura going about 2 mph driving and driving over the curb of the roadway. Suspect was stopped and found to be intoxicated (.20/.20 BrAC). The suspect was found to have an open container of beer (Bud Light), no drivers license. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Center and booked on above listed charges.
