On 5/31/09 12:34am, suspect was driving a 1993 Honda Civic, bearing NM plate# 044-PSA, and backed into a mailbox at 8 Monte Alto. Suspect the drove foward into the yard of 6 Monte Alto and struck a trre stump/branches. Suspect left the vehicle and fled on foot , but was located a short time later, and arrested. Breath testes on scene were .11/.09. JPO did not authorize incarceration, and was released to her father.

On 5/30/09, suspect was involved in a phisical altercation with his girlfriend, and left the residence, driving a 1990 Mazda pickup, bearing NM plate# KPP-655. Deputy located suspect, and was arrested, charged and booked accordingly.

Charges: DWI, Reckless Driving, Leaving the scene of an accident
On 5/29/09, suspect was driving a 2006 Toyota Scion, blue in color, bearing NM plate# HHT-616, and was involved in a motor vehicle crash, but left the scene, and later fled on foot. Suspect was arrested, treated at St. Vincent for injuries and blood draw. Suspect charged, booked accordingly.

Charges: Abandonment or Abuse of a Child, Battery Against a Household Member
Deputies responded to a report of a fight in progress, an investigation revealed that the above named suspect was intoxicated and had battered his girlfriend. The suspect began to staggar down a flight of stairs with his infant child in his arms. He began a fist fight with a neighbor and placed his infant child in a situation where bodily harm could have been received. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

On the above date the victim reported that over the last two years someone has been entering her residence and stealing money from her purse. At one point her purse was in her vehicle and money ended up missing that time also. It is unknown at this time how entry is being gained in to the residence.

On the above date the victim was found unresponsive and not breathing in his home at the above location. Attempt was made to revive him butr the paramedics were unsuccessful. The victim had a history of medical problems.

On the above date it was reported that there was a burnt vehicle at the above location. When the vehicle was located all the tires were missing and it was totally burnt. When contact was made with the owner who was on vacation she had no idea her vehicle had been stolen.

Arrested: Thomas Salazar - age 22, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. The driver exhibited numerous signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. A passenger in the vehicle was found to have an active arrest warrant and was also placed under arrest. Both individuals were booked into ADC accordingly.
