On the above date, officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for speeding 60mph on a posted 45mph zone. Upon making contact with the driver, she had an odor of alcohol on her person. She failed field tests and was arrested. The defendant had a BrAC of .18 and was booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

On this date a Hispanic male about 20 to 30 years of age wearing a dark in color blue hoodie came into the above listed location and asked for change for a $1.00. When the staff opened the cash drawer to get change, suspect reached across counter and grabbed $50.00 in cash. Suspect then ran out of business. Suspect was reported to have a large tattoo on the back of his right hand. Case is under investigation.

On this date victim reported that between 0800 am and 0600 pm, this date unknown person (s) broke the trim on a window next to the front door and unlocked the door to gain entry to the house and then they removed the above listed items. Case is under investigation at this time.

On this date suspects parent advised that Kelly Desire Ariad did not come home from school today. A freind of suspect called the parents and advised them that Kelly was fine and not coming home tonight and she is staying with her boyfriend. Kelly was listed as a run away and case is under investigation at this time. Kelly was entered into the NCIC system.

Victim reported that $11000.00 in ernset checks had been written to him from Micheal Staples on 10/31/2008. Victim advised that the checks were returned to him as insufficant funds from Ms. Staples bank. Victim has not been successful in collecting the money and has contracted a lawyer to place a lean on the house.
