Ambulance was dispatched to home on Gould Lane regarding elderly female non-responsive. Deputies dispatched when medics were unable to revive patient. Death appears to have been caused by heart failure. No foul play suspected.

On this date it was reported that a 42 year old female passed away from unknown causes. She was last seen by her husband at about 6:00am on this date. The Victim was found by a friend / business partner who had attempted to contact her most of the day but was unsuccessful, so she came to the house. The victim had been suffering from leg pain and had went to see a PA on 12/11/08 who told her that her heart rate was high and her blood presser was low. The PA recommended that she go to the hospital by ambulance, but the victim refused.

The above driver was stopped for failing to dim his lights and failing to maintain his lane. The driver displayed signs of impairment and had an open bottle of liquor in the vehicle. He was arrested and booked. His breath test results were .15 and .15.

The victim and a friend were at her apartment when a male she only knew as Jesus started knocking on her door. She did not feel comfortable with Jesus being there and refused to open the door. Jesus left the front door and climbed the back balcony and entered through the sliding door. Jesus became angry and at one point battered the victim's friend and then tried to carry the victim out of the apartment. He let the victim go when the friend called 911. At the time of this report, Jesus had not been located. The Criminal Investigation Division will be forwarded this report for investigation.
