Victim reported that sometime between 8::00am on 12/17/2008 and 9:30am on 12/18/2008 some unknown person(s) broke the west side facing window on the old post office building. It was learned that he twisted his wife's arm and attempted to choke her by grabbing her throat. The victim did have signs of visible injuries. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
