On this date victim reported that between 1730 hours and 1955 hours, someone broke out the window of her dinning room and gained entery to her house. Suspect then removed a HP lap top computer valued at $2,000.00 and then left the house. Case is pending investigation at this time

SUSPECT: ATLANTA KEIL, 13 YOA female
On this date deputy met with guardian of Atlanta who wanted to report that Atlanta as a missing person. Reporting party stated that she dropped suspect off at the library down town around 1030 am on November 12th and went back to pick her up around 0200 pm and could not locate her. Reporting party stated suspect did not come home last night and has not been able to locate her as of this date. Suspect has been entered into NCIC as a missing person.

Victim reported that sometime between 6:00 p.m. on 12-12-08 and 11:30 a.m. on 12-13-08 an unknown person(s) buglarized a silver Honda Accord that was left unsecure and broke a window on a blue Nissan pick-up. Both vehicles were parked in the driveway of the victims residence. Removed from the Honda Accord were a Wii game station, clothing, radar detector, 2 pair of sunglasses, digital camera, and an I-Pod. The total estimated value of the items stolen is $1,310. The damage to the Nissan Pick-up window is estimated at $300.00. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Victim reported that between 10:00 a.m. on 12-12-08 and 7:00 a.m. on 12-13-08 an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into his business through a window. The only item stolen was a Thermal Dynamics Drag-Gun Plasma Cutter valued at $3,200. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time.

Victim reported that sometime between 12-11-08 at 8:00 p.m. and 12-12-08 at 8:00 a.m. an unknown person removed a tire, bake caliper and hub from the front drivers side of her 1991 Ford Explorer that was parked on her property. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. Estimated value of the items taken is $500.00.

On the above date at 10:50 AM Cpl . Sisneros responded to an activated alarm at the above location and noticed that there had been forced entry to the residence. After the residence was cleared the owner showed up. After checking his residence he stated that nothing was missing. Attempt was made to try and remove a 50 inch flat screen TV but the suspect was unsucessful.

On the above date the victim reported that sometime between 12-11-08 at 11:PM and 12-12-08 8:00 AM an unknown person slashed 12 tires to his horse trailer and utility trailers. This occured sometime after he had the police break up a party at his sons's house at that same location.

On 12/13/08, Deputy responded to a domestic dispute, in which the suspect punched his girlfriend in the left eye. Suspect also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Suspect was arrested,charged,booked accordingly.

On 12/13/08 crime check female reported that a drunk male was yelling,and walking up and down the street. Suspect got into a white Chev Tahoe and drove off. Suspect was stopped at the entrance to MHP, and was found to be intoxicated. Suspect was arrested, charged,booked accordingly. Breath test results .17/.17

On 12/12/08, Suspect was in a 2003 Hyundai that hit a curb, and appeared to be asleep behind the wheel. Suspect was found to be highly intoxicated, and literally fell out of the vehicle. Suspect refused to be arrested, and fought officers. Suspect refused a beath test and was charged,booked accordingly.
