On 10/3/08, victim reported hearing someone in the garage, and then saw an unknown male running away. It appeared that the suspect unlawfully gained entry via an unlocked side garage door. The suspect opened the hatch to victims vehicle an loaded some items. It appears that the suspect was going to also steal the vehilce. Nothing was taken. Investigation continues.

A concerned citizen called dispatch to report a reckless driver. Deputies responded and came in contact with the vehicle, which was subsequently stopped for running over a curb. The driver was found to be impaired and was arrested. The breath results were .23 and .23. The driver was booked into ADC.

Victim reports that at about 9:30pm, he was on his deck and he heard someone enter his home. He went downstairs to check and heard someone running from the residence. He later found his Rolex watch missing from inside the house and believes it was stolen.

Deputies made contact with the above individual at the above location regarding an earlier call of a suspicious male. The subject was found to have an active arrest warrant and had a 12 inch boot knife concealed on his person. He was arrested and booked accordingly.
