On the above date the victim reported that her son and his friends broke in to the residence and fell asleep in the living room. At approximately 9:00 am she woke them up and told them to leave the residence.

On the above date officer were dispatched to the above location regarding a fight in progress. Upon arrival the suspects had fled the scene. Located at the scene were two victims, which had injuries and were transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for treatment. While processing the scene, the defendant was located. The victim of the criminal damage identified him as the main suspect in the investigation. When the defendant was asked for the whereabouts of the other suspect, he replied that he had done it all. He was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Stolen from the residnece was a laptop computer, silverware and a camera. Total estimated value of the items taken is $8000.00. No suspects or witness information at this time.

On the above date, the above named officer respoded to the above location regarding a violent domestic disturbance where the defendant was armed with a firearm. The defendant was highly intoxicated and assaulting his mother and sister. The defendant caused damage to the residence less than $1,000.00. The defendant also pulled the telephone jack from the wall in an attempt to prevent the victims from calling for help. Both victims were in fear for the lives as the defendant continued his violent behavior. the defendant was arrested and booked accordingly on the above charges.

On 8/19/08 at approx 0218hrs/am Deputy responded to an alarm, and discovered that the front doors were opened/broken. The owner arrived and confirmed the burglary. It could not be determined what exactly was stolen at this time, until an inventory could be taken. Investigation continues.
