Suspect was involved in a MV crash hit and run, and was located in his 1996 Toyota Corolla bearing AZ plate # AAA-1280, a short distance from the scene. Suspect was highly intoxicated, and unable to do SFST. Suspect was arrested, charged, booked accordingly, andrefused a breath test.

On 12/25/08, 0400hrs/am Deputies responded to a 911 call in which the female victim was battered and threatened with a knife, by her boyfriend. Victim reported that as she and her boyfriend were returning home from a x-mas party, he was highly intoxicated and statred hitting her as he was driving. As they got home, he started hitting her in the bedroom and held her down on the bed. The fight continues into the kitchen, where he grabbed a large knife, put it to her throat and threatened to kill her. Suspect was arrested on scene without incident, and was bokked, charged accordingly. Victim sustained minor injuries.
