SUSPECT: KELLY DESIRE ARIAD, 14YOA FEMALE
On this date suspects parent advised that Kelly Desire Ariad did not come home from school today. A freind of suspect called the parents and advised them that Kelly was fine and not coming home tonight and she is staying with her boyfriend. Kelly was listed as a run away and case is under investigation at this time. Kelly was entered into the NCIC system.

Victim reported that $11000.00 in ernset checks had been written to him from Micheal Staples on 10/31/2008. Victim advised that the checks were returned to him as insufficant funds from Ms. Staples bank. Victim has not been successful in collecting the money and has contracted a lawyer to place a lean on the house.

On the above date the victim reported that between 9:00AM and 12:00 PM this date someone gained entry to her residence and stole two flat screen TV's and a Cell Phone. Entry was gained by breaking a window on the rear door.

On the above date the victim reported that someone broke into his shed sometime between 11-02-08 and 11-05-08 and stole several construction tools valued at $2,050.00. There are no suspects at this time.

Arrested: Andrew Villa 37yoa
On the above date, officer was sent to the agua Fria Elementary School regarding a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, the defendant was found passed out sitting in the driver's seat. Upon awakening him, he displayed signs of impairment and had an odor of alcohol upon his person. Defendant failed field tests and had a BrrAC of .24. He was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the Sweeney Elementry School regarding unsecured doors. Upon arrival security lead officers to the computer room where a closet appeared disturbed. A responsible party later arrived and advised that it did not appear as if though anything was taken, but he advised that the staff will have to check it in the morning. There was also a portalbe room which had a broken window. It is unknown at this time if any items were taken.

ARRESTED: MANUEL HERNANDEZ-RODRIGUEZ 22 YOA MALE
CHARGES: CONCEALING IDENTITY AND RESISTING AN OFFICER
On this date officers were investigating a motor vehicle crash. Suspect was passenger in one of the vehicle and concealed his identity from officer and kept giving false information. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Center where his true identity was found.

LOCATION: LITTLE TESUQUE CANYON AREA OF HYDE PARK ROAD
ITEMS STOLEN: JVC STERO WITH MP PLAYER $350.00
On this date victim reported that she parked her vehicle in the above listed area around 1315 hours and returned at about 1430hours and found where someone had removed the stero from her vehicle. There were no signs of forced entery. Case is under investigation at this time.
