On 2/8/08, deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a criminal damage to property where a female was breaking windows to suspects vehicle. Female stated that she was involved in a domestic dispute with suspect earlier in the evening. Suspect was located inside the residence in which he had an active bench warrant out of Magistrate Court for failure to appear. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
