On 6/30/08, victim wanted to file a report on his vehicle being stolen by his girlfriend's daughter. Victim stated that the daughter took the vehicle without his permission. Victim spoke to suspect on the phone and told her to return vehicle in which she did not. Deputy proceeded back over to residence and located vehicle parked in the driveway. Contact was made with victim who stated that the incident was a misunderstanding. Contact was made with above suspect who had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to comply with conditions of probation. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Vehicle was entered and removed out of NCIC.

On 6/30/08, driver was involved in a single motor vehicle crash. Upon contact with suspect, deputy noticed shigns of impairment. Suspect was gvien SFST's and was placed under arrest for showing signs of impairment. Suspect was read NM Implied Consent Act and agreed to submit to a breath test. His BrAC results were .05, .05. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

The victim reported that she was contacted by a collections agency and informed that she owed $995.93 in credit to a retail store in town. The victim learned that her daughter had utilized her identity to open the account without the victim's knowledge or permission.

Suspects - Approximately 11 yoa males
The victim reported to his mother that while visiting at his grandmothers residence, he was jumped by several young boys and tied-up with rope in the street. The boys then moved the victim down the street and were lighting fireworks on him. The child sustained minor injuries and the child suspects were not known to the victim. The case is under investigation.

On 06-29-08 at aproximately 12:45 pm the above victim was located unconscious in his residence by his wife. As paramedics arrived to the residence CPR was attempted although unsucessful. It appears that the victims death is that of natural causes as no signs of foul play were evident.

The only item that she noticed missing was the garage door opener that was cliped on the sun visor. No suspect or witness information at this time.
