Suspect was north bound on Cerrillos Road was involved in a signel vehicle roll over crash. During investigation officer found out that suspect had a warrant for his arrest and he was taken into custody with out incident and taken to the Adult Detention Center. Deputy served the warrant to the suspect, which was for failure to appear.

On the above date, the above officer was patrolling on South Meadows and made contact with the defendant who was walking in the middle of the street. Upon making contact, and checking wants, it was learned that the defendant had an active arrest order from the Muicipal Court. The arrest order was a bench warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation. He was arressted without incident and transported to the Santa Fe Coounty Detention Center and booked accordingly.

On 8/26/08, suspect was involved in a single motor vehicle collision at 229 State Road 503. Suspect was found in the vehicle passed out. Suspect was found to be impaired and was arrested. Suspect was given a breath test and his BrAC was .30, .32. Suspect's registration to his vehicle had expired in 2007. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

The above named victim was found deceased in his residence while seated on his recliner. The victim suffered from numerous medical conditions and was taking medications. The cause of death appears to be of natural causes and no criminal activity was found.

On this date officer was sent to to take a report of a burglary. Officer meet with victim and found out that they had been out of town over the weekend and just arrived home. Victims son went to play his Play Station #2 and could not find it. Victim reported that his 15 yoa nephew is the suspect. Suspect entered house through a broken window. Case is under investigation at this time.
