On 11/28/2008 the above listed victim reported that over the past year items have been being removed from is property without his permission. On November 23rd the victim stated that his son observed an unknown male on the property which finally provoked the victim into filing a report. Over the past year, the victim stated, many item have been removed but most recently the victim has found his gold, silver, opal and Turquoise missing although he is uncertain as to the exact date which it was taken. There are no signs of forced entry into the residence and nothing appearing to be out of place. There are no suspects at this time.

On 11/28/08, a seventeen year old female alleged she was touched inappropriately over her clothing while at a ranch in Bonanza Creek by an adult male. The suspect has not been located for interview at the time of report. The investigation is still ongoing.

On 11-28-08 someone stole the above items from his unlocked vehicle. This incident occurred between 8:00pm and 8:30pm. Latent prints were obtained from the vehicle.

On this date Deputies were advised of a possible intoxicated person driving a gray 1991 Toyota Celica, Leaving Riverside Mobile Home Park headed towards Cerrillos Rd. Deputies located the vehicle and observed it swerving between lanes on Cerrillos Road. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was arrested for DWI, Road ways laned for traffic, and no drivers license.Case #: 0208010162 / Felony DWI / Date: 11-26-08

Arrested: Ray W. Lievens, 39 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Felony DWI, Driving While License Suspended/Revoked, No Insurance
A Sheriff's Deputy observed the defendant driving a motor vehicle cutting across several lanes of traffic without signaling. A traffic stop was conducted, which led to an arrest for DWI and the discovery that the driver's NM License was suspended/revoked by the State of NM for a prior DWI. The defendant was booked accordingly into the County Jail.

On then above date the victim's girlfriend reported that someone stole her boyfriend's vehicle from the above location. The vehicle is discribed as a possible 1997 Nissan Maxima. The vehicle could not be entered in to NCIC because the complainant had no information on the vehicle.

On the above date several victims reported that someone had unlawfully entered thier unlocked vehicles and rummage through the glove compartments. Taken from the vehicles were radar detectors, CDs, and petty cash found in the vehicle. This all occured in the same area of Monte Alto Place.

On the above date the victim reported that someone had unlawfully entered his residence by possibly using a key. Once inside the suspect stole several firearms, two flatscrene TVs, 4 100oz silver bars, 500 1oz silver dollars and a silver necklace.

On the above date it was reported to this agency that someone had broke in to the Lucky Bean Cafe and the Advantage Asphalt Inc. at the above location. Entry was gained by prying open a door to the businesses. Taken were several laptop computers, flat screne TVs, cash and beer.
