On 5/17/08 while deputy was enroute to another call, suspect was located at above location almost falling onto roadway and then began walking on the roadway. Suspect was highly intoxicated and almost fell. Suspect was ran through NCIC and a warrant was located for failure to appear out of Santa Fe Municipal Court. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 5/17/08 driver was stopped for making a left hand turn over a roadway median onto State Road 599. Driver had a revoked driver's license with the arrest clause. Driver did not have insurance for the vehicle. Driver was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 5/17/08 a fight in progress was reported to dispatch at the Allsups on Morning Drive in which a suspect in a red Ford pickup was brandishing a handgun. Vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. Upon making contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment. He admitted that he had a handgun under the center console of the vehicle. Suspect submitted to SFST's and displayed impairment. Suspect was taken into custody and agreed to submit to a breath test. His Brac was .07, .08. The handgun was located and the serial number was ran in which it came back as stolen. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 5/17/08 suspect entered the above address through an unsecure window. Once inside suspect confronted victim demanding money. Suspect searched victim and removed a small coin purse from victim's pocket. Suspect went through a chest of drawer looking for money. Victim recognized suspect and told suspect he was calling 911. Suspect fled through front door and entered a white in color Ford van. Unknown on estimated amount in coin purse.
