Arrested: Daric Gutierrez - age 26, Epanola, NM; Antonio Martinez - age 22, El Rito, NM

Victim: 20 year old male

Above victim reported that the above males had just battered him.  Deputies responded and located the suspect vehicle at the Camel Rock Casino.  The suspects fled in their vehicle and were subsequently stopped at the above location.  The driver was found to be impaired by alcohol and arrested. The passenger was also arrested at the scene after having resisted the responding deputy.

Victim reported that some unknown person entered his vehicle a purple 2000 Ford F-350 pickup, taking (12) compact disc's and the Garage door opener. There were no signs of forced entry due to the fact that the vehicle had been left unlocked.

Vehicle Info: White 2003 Ford F-250

Vicitm stated that some time between 2130hrs and 2200hrs on 10/22/07 some unknown person(s) entered the tool box in the bed of the victims truck, leaving it open. Victim stated his black Carhartt jacket and Binaculars had been taken. There was no signs of forced entry, due to the fact that the doors had been left open.
