Deputy was dispatched to above address reference to an Identity Theft. Deputy met with victim who stated she had gone to DMV to obtain a driver's license. Victim advised that a clerk told her that several people were using her social security number and date of birth to get driver's licenses.

On 8/21/07, deputy was dispatched to above address met with victim who stated someone has been using her credit card and has charged a total of $1989.21 since July of this year. Victim stated that she does not know who may have done this.

Suspect/Arrested: Antonio Garcia, 21 yoa, 46 Pueblo Rd. Santa Fe, NM 87508
Charges: DWI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic, Possession of Marijuana.
On 8-21-07 at approx 10:32 pm the above suspect was contacted on a traffic stop after he failed to maintain his lane of traffic at the above location. Suspect was displayed signs of impairment and was found to be intoxicated. Subject was placed into custody. During an inventory search of the suspects vehicle a small amount of suspected marijuana was located in the ashtray.

The above suspect was involved in a domestic at the above location. It was determined that he had two outstanding warrants. He was arrested and booked on the above warrants.
