Victim reported that between Sept. 2, 2007 and Sept. 4, 2007 and unknown person gained forced entry into a work shop on his property and removed an electric circular saw valued at 100.00. Victim also advised that several license plates from salvage scraped vehicles that are parked on his property were also removed. It is unknown what the license plate numbers are at this time.

Arrested: Ricardo Rascon Morales, 41 yoa Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated Driving While Under the Influence and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer
Deputy Peters responded to investigate a loud music complaint at 2:14 AM. Upon his arrival, he located the above named defendant sitting in his vehicle on the street with the motor running with music blaring drinking beer behind the wheel. The defendant was ordered repeatedly to turn off his vehicle and he refused. The defendant also refused to exit the vehicle and had to be physically removed from the vehicle. The defendant submitted to a breath alcohol test and the results were: .20 and .19 respectively. He was booked accordingly into the County Jail.

Arrested: Jose Serrano Bolainez, 22 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving and No Insurance
The above named defendant drove his vehicle southbound on Cerrillos Road and attempted to merge onto westbound Airport Road at a speed too great for the curve. The vehicle traveled skidding at a tangent to the curve and impacted a concrete center divider. The vehicle then jumped the divider and skidded to a stop facing westbound in the eastbound lane of travel on Airport Road. The defendant was tested and arrested at the scene. A breath alcohol test yielded results of: .17 and .17 respectively. He was booked accordingly into the county jail.

The victim reported that sometime between 9/2/07 at 10:00 PM and 9/3/07 at 5:20 AM, unknown person(s) forced entry into the victims vehicle as it was parked in front of the victim's residence. The suspects then stole $130.00 dollars in cash and 35 music CDs from inside the vehicle.

Charges: Driving While Under the Influence and Careless Driving
The defendant was observed driving northbound on State Road 14, 10 to 15 miles under the posted speed limit. Upon contacting the suspect, she attempted to conceal the odor of alcoholic beverages by stuffing black licorice into her mouth. The defendant admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. She was subsequently arrested for DWI and a blood sample was obtained and submitted for analysis.

Deputies on patrol located and arrested the above named individual after he was contacted in a mobile home park for acting suspiciously. He was found to be wanted and was booked accordingly.

Charged: DWI, Failure to Obey Signal, Mandatory Financial Responsibility
On 9-3-2007, at 7:42 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to stop at for a red traffic control signal prior to making a right turn. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.
