Deceased: 6o yoa female
Deputies conducted a welfare check at the above location due to a foul odor emitting from inside the residence as animal control officers were conducting a follow up investigation. Upon entering the residence, a female was located in the bedroom deceased. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play. The deceased was transported from location pending an autopsy. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a 911 hang up call. During the course of the investigation, it was learned the above suspect struck his mother in the face with an open hand several times and broke a vase. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Eugene Miera 50 yoa Rio Rancho , NM
Deputies proceeded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. It was learned above suspect threatened to strike his mother with a metal pipe and struck her on her right side of the face with a closed fist. In addition, the suspect picked up the victims dog from the back seat and threw the dog out of the window of the vehicle while the vehicle was in motion. Subject was arrested and booked at ADC accordingly.

On Tuesday June 22, 2021 deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. The victim stated between the hours of midnight and 10:00 AM on June 22, 2021 the listed vehicle was stolen from the above location by an unknown person.
The vehicle was entered into NCIC.
