Deputies responded to the arealisted above to assist Detectives on a traffic stop. Driver displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted. Deputies observed further signs of impairment. Driver was arrested. Driver agreed to a breath test. 0.25/0.24. Driver booked into ADF.

Arrested: Benjamin Villa, 36-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 5-2-22 the victim contacted the Sheriff's Office to report her ex-husband was stalking her by following her to various placed around Santa Fe including her work and home.  The victim provided further information and evidence showing a pattern of harassment and intimidation, along with an active order of protection.  The suspect was located and placed under arrest for Aggravated Stalking.

A search warrant was conducted on the suspect's vehicle. Narcotics were located inside the vehicle. Suspect was booked accordingly.

Charges: Receiving Transfering a Motor Vehicle, Resisiting, Evading a Officer

On May 1, 2022, deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a call of a male that was sleeping behind the wheel of a vehicle. Once on scene deputies learned the vehicle was stolen. The above suspect attempted to flee and a short foot pursuit ensued. The suspect was unsuccessful and was apprehended. The male also had three active arrest warrants. He was arrested and booked into Jail.

On April 30, 2022, deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a call that a male had entered a residence that was for sale and was living inside. The investigation reveled that the male entered the residence through a window. He was arrested and booked into jail for the above crime.

On April 29, 2022, deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to an auto burglary in progress. Once on scene deputies located the above female stealing a battery from the vehicle. She was arrested and booked into jail.

Arrested: Armando Cera-Saenz 25 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject was stopped for a registration offense, and an open container was observed. Subject showed signs of impairment and field sobriety tests were conducted. Subject performed poorly and was arrested. He submitted a breath sample of .08 and .08. He was booked into SFADC without incident.
