Above subject called his step-mother threatening to go to her residence and shoot her. Suspect then showed up at the residence and was yelling and demanding to speak with the victim so he could strangle her as she was in fear of receiving immediate battery. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

On the above date victim reported that his vehicle was broken into, Victim stated that he parked his vehicle on Thursday October 10, 2019 at 7:00 pm in his driveway and on October 11, 2019 2019 at 7:00 am he went and found the inside of his vehicle ransacked. Victim stated the noticed his VA gas credit card missing from his vehicle. The credit card was canceled through the VA. No suspect information is pending at this time.

Arrested: Benjamin Martinez, 67-year-old male from Albuquerque N.M.
On 10-04-19 at about 10:10pm The Sheriff's Officer received a report of a reckless driver on US 84/285 south near mile post 170. The vehicle, a gray Ford C-Max was located by Deputy Alvarado a short time later and was observed swerving in and out of its lane of travel and driving about 40mph in a posted 65mph zone. Deputy Alvarado attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle but the driver, Mr. Martinez refused to stop, leading Deputy Alvarado on a slow speed vehicle pursuit for approximately 2 miles before finally pulling over. Mr. Martinez showed signs of impairment and a DWI investigation was conducted. Mr. Martinez was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. Results showed his breath alcohol concentration was over twice the legal limit.
