Traffic stop conducted on above subject for improper equipment. During the traffic stop, above subject did not have documents (No insurance and registration) for the vehicle and driver license was revoked with the arrest clause. In addition, above subject had an active warrant. Subject was arrested and transported to ADC. While at ADC, subject was found in possession of Zanax. Subject was booked accordingly.

On 11/28/2019, Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2004 Honda Civic. During the course of the traffic stop it was determined the vehicle was stolen out of Rio Arriba County. The driver of the vehicle could not proof of ownership at the time of the stop. The driver was taken into custody and transported to ADC.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a single vehicle roll over accident with ejection. During the investigation, Deputies observed signs of impairment on the above subject. Above subject was transported to the hospital for injuries. A blood warrant was drafted for chemical testing. Due to the injuries, above subject will be summons on above charges.

Casino Security reviewed casino surveillance and located the container. It was determined inside the container was methamphetamine. Suspect was detained by Tesuque Tribal Police and admitted to dropping the methamphetamine. Suspect was arrested and transported to ADC.
