On 6-9-19 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Chacon after he was observed driving in a careless manner on Agua Fria Street. Further investigation revealed he was in possession of under an ounce of Marijuana. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 5999 Airport Road Santa Fe, NM 87507
On Sunday June 9, 2019 at 1229pm a red in color GMC Yukon was stopped on 5999 Airport Road. The License plate displayed on the vehicle did not come back to the GMC Yukon. Upon contact of the driver the driver showed signs of intoxication, and was driving the vehicle with a revoked license. Driver could not provide any documentation on the vehicle. The driver refused SFSTs, and chemical testing. Upon the search of the vehicle multiple open containers were located. Driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

Charges: Attempted Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property
On Saturday, June 8, 2019 at approximately 8:57pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain unlawful entry into the residence by damaging a window and a door, but entry was not gained by the suspect(s). Investigation is ongoing.

Taken: Pimentel Guitar light brown, black bag, $750.(2750)
Contact was made with the victim who stated her guitar and bag with money was taken from the property. Victim said their was a wedding at the residence, and two intoxicated males neighbors came onto the property. Victim said they were asked to leave and shortly after she noticed her property was missing. Attempted contact with the suspect, but he was not located at his residence. Incident is currently under investigation.

Deputies responded to to 4499 San Ignacio in reference to a domestic that happened at above location. Both parties involved showed signs of battery that and stories were not consistent . It was learned that the battery occurred on June 7, 2019. Parties were separated and case forwarded to the DA for his review.

Arrested: Jovani Ramirez (Alcalde) 24 yoa male
On 6-8-19 at about 1:54 a.m. Deputy stopped a vehicle in reference to a speed violation. While on the stop the Deputy learned the vehicle had just hit a motorcyclist and was fleeing the scene of the crash. The driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested. He provided a breath sample of .16. He was later booked into SFADC.

Subject was stopped for an unrelated traffic violation and found to have two active warrants charging failure to appear out of the Bernalillo County Metro Court. She was arrested and booked without incident.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the above driver. Driver listed above was found to have a revoked drivers license with arrest clause. She was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim reported she wired a down payment for a house to a wells fargo account. It was later determined she had been subject to a scam and the account was not the appropriate escrow account. Case is under investigation.
