On 05-29-19 the above individual was stopped by Pojoaque Tribal PD for not being able to maintain his lane of travel. While speaking to the driver, he displayed signs of being under the influence. Standardized Field Sobriety Test were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest. A blood draw was completed and the suspect was booked into Santa Fe County ADC.

Gehring was contacted by Deputies after receiving a report of a driver slumped over behind the steering wheel of her vehicle. Upon contacting her, she was found to have four outstanding warrants for her arrest. Gehring was arrested and transported to jail without incident.

On Sunday, May 26, 2019 at approximately 2:22pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. The vehicle failed to make a turn and crossed the bridge, crashing into the railing on the bridge. Suspect was the driver, who displayed signs of impairment. Suspect agreed to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. During the tests, the suspect continued to show signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest and was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory. Suspect agreed to provide a breath test and provided two breath samples of 0.08 or higher. Inside the vehicle an open container of an alcoholic beverage was located. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
