Victim reported sometime between 2:30 am and 8:00 am unknown suspect gained unlawful entry into her vehicle by breaking a window. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicle however the vehicle had been rummaged through. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to an 84 year old female not conscious not breathing. Investigation revealed the female had passed away due to natural causes. There were no signs of foul play.

Sometime over the past few months someone unlawfully entered the victims storage unit by cutting off a lock and stole miscellaneous tools and ammunition.

Deputies were dispatched to listed location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Victim reported the listed vehicle stolen some time between Friday July 13, 2018 at 5:00 PM and Monday July 16, 2018 at 8:00 AM. Numerous wood working tools were inside the van.

Charges Resisting Obstructing an Officer, Reckless Driving, Driving While License is suspended.
On 07-14-18 Tesuque Tribal PD attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a white Ford Mustang, after it was observed passing on the shoulder and speeding. The driver of the vehicle (Rivas) failed to bring the vehicle to stop in a timely manner and continued to driving south on US 84/ 285 into Santa Fe, NM. The vehicle came to a stop at the intersection of St. Francis Drive and Alamo Drive. The driver was taken into custody at that time by Tesuque Tribal PD. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on the above charges.

On 07-14-18 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned the above individual battered a household member, causing minor injuries. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies were dispatched to the Camel Rock Casino to assist Tesuque PD. Contact was made with the suspect who had an active warrant. During search incident to arrest, the suspect had Heroin, Cocaine and Meth in his possession. Suspect was arrested and booked.

Deputies were dispatched to the Amtrak train station in reference to a disruptive passenger. Suspect was arrested on a fugitive from justice from the state of Illinois. Suspect was booked without incident.

Deputy initiated a traffic stop with Topete after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver and it was learned, the driver was operating a vehicle, while his license was revoked and needed an ignition interlock device installed in is vehicle, which he did not. Topete's vehicle was seized in accordance with seizure ordinances.
