On Sunday, November 18, 2018 Deputies were dispatched to the mentioned location in reference to a wanted person.  Upon Deputies arrival they made contact with the arrestee on his front porch.  Male was placed under arrest and booked at ADC on a warrant for Criminal Damage to Property.

Deputies were dispatched to location reference to an activated alarm. Upon arriving, deputies observed that unknown persons forced entry into the establishment and attempted to remove items. Case is under investigation.

On Saturday, November 17, 2018 Deputies responded to the mentioned location in reference to a burglary.  Victim reported sometime on November 14, 2018 someone unlawfully entered her vehicle and stole the listed items.  Victim has a suspect in mind and case will be followed up by Deputies.

Location: US 84/285 and Viarrial (Pojoaque)

Charges: DWI, Speed Regulation

Arrested: Nicholas Hart age: 29

On 11/17/18 Deputies were dispatched to assist Pojoaque Tribal PD on a traffic stop. It was learned the vehicle was stopped for speeding. Upon making contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment. He submitted to the standardized field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested. A breath test was completed and the results were over the legal .08 limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.
