On 01-19-18 Deputies responded to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. During the investigation it was determined the arrestee battered a household member and did not allow the family member to leave the residence during the disputed. The above listed was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. He was also found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Santa Fe Magistrate court. The warrant was for failing too appear on a shoplifting case.

Deputies were dispatched to the area of I-25 at the county line in reference to a reckless driver. Dispatch gave a description of the vehicle which was located and stopped on I-25 mile post 275. Upon contact with the driver, he was found to have been driving his vehicle while his license was revoked with the arrest clause. The driver was arrested and his vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Vehicle Ordinance.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Rancho Viejo area in reference to a report of a reckless driver. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. Upon speaking with the above mentioned female driver, an odor of alcoholic beverages was detected. A DWI investigation was conducted and the driver was subsequently arrested and transported to the adult detention center where she was charged and booked accordingly.

On listed date Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised the listed items were stolen from the home. Victim informed Deputies that high dollar items such as Televisions, Computers and iPods were bypassed by suspects during the burglary. No suspects at this time

On Friday, January 19, 2018, at approximately 12:53am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. During an argument between suspect and victim 1 the suspect battered victim 1. Suspect then went into another room at location and battered victim 2. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

I was dispatched to the residence in reference to a burglary. It was learned that sometime between the hours of 7:10am and 3:55pm unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence by throwing a rock through the front dining room. Once inside the residence unknown suspect(s) rummaged through the residence taking above items with them. The suspect(s) left through the front door.. Case is ongoing
