Person Arrested: Erik Zuniga-Cruz, 37 year old male subject

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the area of Henry Lynch and Agua Fria to a report of a motor vehicle crash.  Upon arrival, contact was made with the above mentioned male subject.  The odor of alcoholic beverages was detected and a DUI investigation was conducted.  The male subject was subsequently arrested and transported to the adult detention center where he was charged and booked without incident.

Items Stolen: Flat screen TV, laptop computer and cash

On Friday, January 26, 2018 victim reported between 12:40pm and 4:15pm someone unlawfully entered his residence through an unlocked rear window and stole the aforementioned items.  There is currently no suspect info.

On Friday January 26, 2018 Deputies observed a vehicle with a license plate that was returning to a stolen motor vehicle.  After stopping the vehicle, it was discovered the license plate was switched from the reported stolen vehicle.  Victim was unaware when the theft occurred.

Santa Fe County EM advised they had suspect on GPS and she violated her conditions of release. Suspect was located at her residence and booked at SFCADC without incident.

Stolen: Badge valued at $65

Victim reported sometime in December 2017, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into his unlocked vehicle at the above location and stole the above mentioned items. Case is still under investigation.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance; Possession of drug paraphernalia

Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Suspect was found in possession of a black tar like substance.  Suspect admitted to bringing the narcotic knowingly when he was booked into the facility. Subject was re-booked accordingly.

Location:  4700 Block of Agua Fria 

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a crash. Contact was made with the above subject who had slurred speech and bloodshot watery eyes.  SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment.  Above subject was arrested.  The Implied Consent Act was read and subject refused to submit to any testing.

Taken: 2K White gold necklace, 2x Guild Guitars, 2x Samsung Flatscreens,  2x turquoise bracelets, HP laptop, Gas powered chainsaw($7660)

On listed date Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Victims advised listed items were taken. One victim gave inconsistent statement on her recollection of the incident and pertinent information. The other victim advised the theft of items was suspicious since other high value items in the residence were bypassed.
