Between 10:20 am and 4:50 pm, unknown subjects entered the above listed residence and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.


0217003221/ Battery against a Household Member/ 03/08/17

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member

On 03/08/17, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a Domestic Dispute. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim and the above individual. It was determined through investigation the above individual battered the victim. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

Arrested: Christina Knight age:31

On 03/07/17 the above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on 5 separate warrants issued out of the Second Judicial District Court in Albuquerque, NM. The warrants were for Failing to Comply with Conditions of Probation.


Case#: 0217003189, Residential Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property

Incident Location: NM State Road 502, San Illdefonso Pueblo Border

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a report of a Residential Burglary, after the fact. Upon arrival, I was learned that an unknown person(s) forced entry into the homeowners storage sheds and stole various power tools and an archery bow.  Apparently the burglary occurred sometime the day before.  This case is currently under investigation.


0217003150 / Auto Burglary, Larceny / 3-6-17

On above date, Deputy Vigil was dispatched to the area of Casa Rufina in reference to an auto burglary.  Upon arrival it was determined between 1:00 pm and 3:15 pm unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the victim's unlocked pickup truck and stole the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.


Case 0217003102-Larceny-03/05/17

Taken: Wood splitter (value$1027.77)

Victim:51 Year Old Male

On the above date, the above victim stated the above item was stolen off his property between February 28th and March 1st 2017. The above victim does not know who would have stolen the wood splitter and does not have the serial number at this time. There are no known witnesses or suspects in this case. The victim lives on the property with several family members and he stated that did not see anything. The victim also stated that the gate does not have a pad lock and only clips with a chain so anyone could have entered the property. The victim stated that he does not have any cameras on the property.


Case #0217003078, Battery Upon a Peace Officer

Suspect: Chrtistina Harvey, 28, Edgewood, NM

Charges: Battery Upon a Peace Officer; Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer

On Sunday, March 5, 2017, at approximately 12:28am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. After completing their investigation suspect came out of the residence and battered one of the Deputies. Suspect resisted as deputies tried to place handcuffs on the suspect. Suspect continued to resist as deputies were placing the suspect into a patrol vehicle. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Facility without any further incident. Victim did not receive any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.


Case #0217003077, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Suspect: Anthony Montoya, 26, Espanola, NM

Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone

On Sunday, March 5, 2017 at approximately 1:40am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found to have in his possession Suboxone and a syringe. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.


0217003060 / Possession of a controlled substance - Service of warrants / 3-4-2017

Deputy Assigned: Jonathan Jaramillo

Location: Interstate 25 MP281

Arrested: Marcos Lucero    Age: 27    Las Vegas,NM

Deputies were informed of a reckless driver traveling on Interstate 25. Deputies located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Contact was made with the driver and he was found to have active warrants for his arrest. The driver was placed into custody and then was found to have cocaine and Meth on his person and in his vehicle. The driver was taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.
