A Santa Fe County Deputy observed the listed driver operating a vehicle and was not using a seatbelt. The deputy attempted to initiate a traffic stop and the driver fled on foot. The deputy gave chase and apprehended the listed person hiding under a vehicle. The driver was found to be operating the vehicle while his license is revoked with the arrest clause. The vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinances.

On 09-28-16 the victim reported she received a letter from a collection company advising her of a delinquency on a Comcast account. The account was for services rendered at an address in Albuquerque, NM. The victim reported she has never resided in Albuquerque and did not set up the Comcast account. Upon contacting Comcast, the victim learned her social security number was used to set up the account. Suspect information is pending at this time.
