Arrested: Nezerita Nieto, age 36

Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County jail in reference to a warrant service.  Deputies served two arrest warrants on the above suspect, for failure to appear out of magistrate court.  The suspect was rebooked on the warrants.

Location: Johnson Mesa, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Vejio Area)

Victm reports at the above location she recieved an email from her daughter on October 5, 2015 to buy weight loss supplements.  Victim indicated she started to imput her info into the website and stopped midway.  She contacted her daughter and found out she never sent the email.   The information was stopped and deleted.  Victim then found a transaction in the amount of $199.54 taken out of her account.  Case still pending further investigation. 


0215015736 - Service of Arrest Warrant - 10-06-15

Location:  Cities of Gold Rd. - Pojoaque

Arrested Person: Bobby Pacheco – 37 – Santa Fe, NM

Pojoaque Tribal Police located the above suspect who was intoxicated and wet from being out in the rain. A check of the suspect’s identification showed that he had an outstanding bench warrant for failure to pay fines and costs – Original charge was for Disorderly Conduct.

Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on a        $ 473.00 bond.

 


0215015734, Posession of a Controlled Substance, 10/6/15

Deputy Assigned: J. Lopez

Commander Entering: Lt. M. Post

Location: Santa Fe Co. Adult Detention Facility

Suspect: Ryan Martinez Age: 26  Hernandez NM

Inmate Ryan Martinez was found to be in possession of a small amount of Heroin while encarcerated.  He was charged accordingly.

Location: Santa Cruz Dam Road, Santa Fe, New Mexico

Arrested: Madeline Romero, age 55, Santa Fe, New Mexico

Deputies were dispatched to the above vicinity in reference to a single vehicle accident.  During the course of the investigation, Deputies learned the above subject had an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court.  Subject was arrested and transported to Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where she was booked accordingly.

 


0215015707, DWI 4th Offense, Driving with a revoked drivers License, 10.5.15

Location: Santa Cruz Dam Road

Arrested: Yvonne Martinez, age 47 Santa Fe, NM

Depuites were dispatched to the above locaton in reference to a motor vehicle.  When depuites arrived they spoke with the driver of the vehicle.  While speaking with the driver, deputies detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emiting from the drivers breath.  SFST's were administered and the driver showed signs of impairment.  The driver was arrested and charged with the above charges.  

The vehicle was seized in pursuant to Santa Fe County seizure ordinance.


0215015722, Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property, 10.05.15

Location: Tres Familia Lane ( Arroyo Seco)

Stolen: 32" flat screen tv and a pellet rifle.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a residential burglary.  Upon arrival the victim reported an unknown person entered the residence between 2:45pm and 5:15pm today.  The suspect removed a television and a brown pellet rifle.  Case is still under investigation.


0215015718, Death Investigation, 10.05.15

Location: Balsa Drive (Eldorado)

Deputies arrived at the above location in regards to an unattended death.  The victim was located in the TV room of the residence.  OMI arrived on scene and pronounced the victim officailly deceased at 7:28pm.  Case is still undeer investigation.  Foul play is not suspected.


Case#: 0215015673/Agg Assault on a Household Member, Battery on a Household Member, Interference with Communications/10-5-15

Location: SR 14 and Wild Dog Road, Madrid NM  (Madrid Area)

Arrested: William Spradling 38 yoa male, Madrid NM

Charges: Aggravated Assault on a Household Member, Battery on a Household Member, and Interference with Communications

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic.  Upon arrival victim reported her ex-husband was upset with her for leaving the residence.  Victim fled the area in her van, where the above male chased after her in his vehicle.  The suspect then struck the victim's vehicle causing her vehicle to go off the road.  Suspect then walked up to the victim and began arguing with her.  As the victim attempted to call 911 the suspect opened her door and grabbed her by the throat.  Suspect stopped after victim honked her horn.  Contact was made with the suspect and he denied all allegations.  His vehicle had paint transfer from the victim's vehicle, which confirmed victim's statements.  The suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

Location- Caliente Road Santa Fe, NM

Items taken- Cash, electronics, credit cards

On this date deputy responded to the above location, upon his arrival, it was determined that between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1015 a.m. subjects damaged the window of a green in color Mercedes and took the above items. While canceling credit cards, it was found that subjects had used the cards. Case is under investigation.
