On Sunday, December 18, 2016 at approximately 12:23am, Deputy responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. The vehicle lost control and rolled over. The driver fled the scene. A witness advised the vehicle entered the curve at a high rate of speed and rolled over. Driver was located at another location and showed signs of impairment. Driver was taken to the hospital due to injuries. Driver was placed under arrest at the hospital for DWI. Driver was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to testing. A blood draw was administered and blood test results are pending. Driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was not seized due to the damage caused by the accident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Deputies were dispatched to area of Interstate 25 north bound advising of above vehicle swerving and not maintaning its lane. Multiple calls were taken. Deputies located vehicle at Mile Marker 278 and it proceeded without stopping. Vehicle stopped at Mile Marker 280 and driver showed signs of impairment. Driver advised he was coming from Pecos NM. Driver was taken into custody and a breath test showed a .20- .21. Driver was booked at Santa Fe County Adult Dentention Center without further incident. Vehicle was not seized.

Deputies responded to the Buffalo Thunder Resort for a domestic dispute and discovered that Jesse Rodriguez had battered a household member causing minor injury. He was booked accordingly.
