Location: State Road 599 Mile Marker 5
Arrested: George Price, age 63 Los Alamos, NM
Deputies responded to a reckeless driver on State Road 599. Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop, as the vehicle was unable to maintain the lane of travel. Upon speaking with the driver it was learned the driver had taken medication, prior to operating his vehicle. SFST's were administered and the driver showed signs of impairment. He was arressted and a blood draw was taken. He was booked into ADC, without incident.

Location: Private residence – Eldorado area
Victim: 66 Year old female
Victim stated that she received e-mails from two companies that claimed she owed them $ 147.00 and $ 6,042.00 for unknown items that she never purchased.
The victim claimed that she is not familiar with either of the companies and that they are attempting to defraud her.

Location: Private residence - Vista Del Monte
Victim: 61 Year old male
On 05-02-16 deputies responded to a report of an unresponsive male. Deputies arrived on scene and began life saving measures. When Medics arrived they took over care of the victim but were unable to revive him.
There were no indications of foul play.
Office of the Medical Investigator (OMI) believes the death to be cardiac related.

Between April 27, 2016 and May 2, 2016 subjects took personal checks from the above location and made purchases with them. Case is under investigation.
0216006501 / Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon x 4, DWI, Possession of a controlled substance / 05-01-16

Location: Los Pinos Road / West Frontage Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87507
Arrested: Jason Anaya 36 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported motor vehicle collision near the intersection of Los Pinos Road and the West Frontage Road. Santa Fe County Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim. The victim reported the suspect struck the victims vehicle and struck his vehicle multiple times. (4) occupants were in the victims vehicle at the time of assault. The suspect was still on scene and was interviewed. SFST's were administered on the suspect at which time signs of impairment were observed. The suspect was placed under arrest. After the arrest was completed the suspect was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. The suspect was charged and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported between 12:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. an unknown person forced entry into their residence. Once inside the suspect(s) removed several electronics and clothing from the residence. Investigation is on going.

Victim reported on April 28th, 2016 between 0900 and 1200 hours an unknown person(s) stole a trailer from their property. Case is under investigation.

Location: La Bajada Rest Area (I-25)
Deputies responded to the above area in regards to an ambulance assist. When deputies arrived they learned a female had suffered a medical episode, while at the rest area. She was transported to Christus St. Vincent's Hospital, but was pronounced deceased upon arrival. No foul play involved.
