On Monday, May 9, 2016 at about 8:41pm, Deputy responded to victim's residence in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that occurred at one of the trailheads on Hyde Park Road. An unknown suspect(s) entered the above vehicle by breaking one of the windows and removed a purse containing makeup, credit cards, and a driver's license. Investigation is ongoing.

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to an inmate being attacked. During the investigation, it was determined that an inmate was attacked and sexually contacted by or in part from the above listed individuals. All the individuals were charged accordingly to their part and were re-booked into the jail with the additional charges.

Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehice crash at the above location. Upon contacting witnesses, they stated that the driver had hid an item in the dirt near the vehicle. The item was located and found to be narcotics. It was also found that the driver was under the influence and after field sobriety tests were given the subject showed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested.

Victim reported someone broke into their vehicle between the hours of 10:20pm and 10:55pm on 05-07-16. Entry was gained by breaking a window. A purse was stolen from inside the vehicle.

On May 8th, 2016 at 2:54 PM SFRECC received multiple phone calls about a vehicle traveling northbound on I 25 swerving and failing to maintain its lane. The vehicle exited onto NM 599. The vehicle was located and stopped. The driver was found to have consumed alcoholic beverages. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. The Driver refused a breath test. Driver's vehicle was seized due to driving on a revoked license due to a prior DWI and for being arrested for a second DWI. Driver was arrested and booked without incident.

Santa Fe County Deputies responded to a reported burglary in the area of Caja Del Rio, Santa Fe, NM. Contact was made with the victim who reported between the time 5:15pm - 5:45pm the victims vehicle was parked in the area of Caja Del Rio when suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle . Once entry was gained suspect(s) took US Currency and a credit card from the vehicle. This case remains under invstigation.
