Deputies were dispatched to a head on collision on Bishops Lodge Road. Upon arrival the suspect admitted to driving her vehicle and looking down at her cell phone. Suspect stated when she looked down she struck another vehicle head on. Suspect smelled heavily of an intoxicating beverage. Field sobriety tests were conducted and suspect showed signs of impairment. She was arrested and refused to submit to a breath test. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Entry was gained through an unsecured front door between the dates of December 30, 2015 at 5:30pm and January 2, 2016 at 8:00am. Once inside suspect(s) removed copper and damaged the wiring. Total estimated value of damage $100.00. Case pending further investigation.
