Victim reported his vehicle had been buglarized while it was parked at a tow yard between the dates of 5/23/15 and 6/6/15. Case is under investigation.

Location: 17500 US 84/285 (Camel Rock Casino)
Arrested: Edwin Lujan, Age 29, Santa Fe NM
Deputies were checking on a disabled semi truck in the parking lot of the Camel Rock Casino, when a vehicle was driving at a high rate of speed almost hitting the semi. Deputies attempted to stop the vehicle but the driver continued to drive away from deputies. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and the driver had an open container of beer. He was arrested and booked into ADC on the above charges.

Location: Downtown Santa Fe, but missing resides in Santa Fe County.
Missing: John Spira, 21 years of age, 6'2, 174lbs and brown short hair. Last seen in the area of the plaza downtown Santa Fe, NM. Lasr seen wearing a grey or black "V" neck t-shirt, black pants, and grey shoes
Deputies responded to a call for service in regards to the above male being missing. The male's father stated he was walking with his son and mother downtown when they got seprated. The father is concerned for his son's safety as he has a substance abuse problem. Deputies searched the area, surrounding agencies were notified and the missing male was entered into NCIC (National Crime Information Center) as missing. If you see this individaul or know of his where abouts please contact law enforcement.

Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County jail in reference to an inmate found with narcotics. Detention Officer located the narcotics on the susprcts person after being booked into the jail. Suspect was rebooked on the above charges.

Victim reports at sometime between the dates of May 18, 2015 and June 1, 2015 unknown person(s) gaine unlawful forced entry into the above location. Entry was gained by shattering a master bedroom window. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.

Location: North Horizon Lane, (State Road 599) Santa Fe, NM
June 4, 2015, Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a burglary in progress. When depuites arrived and spoke with the victims, who reported an unknown male knocked on the door and forced his way into the residence armed with a semi-automatic handgun. The suspect pointed the gun at the victim demanding for the victim to hand over his prescription medication, but the victim refused. The suspect let the residence after not being able to get any medication. Case is still under investigation.
