Once entry was gained suspect(s) took jewelry and electronics from within the home. This case remains under investigation.

Contact was made with victim(s) who stated the suspect battered his wife and and threatened the other victim, his father with a weapon.

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office responded to a call of a reported identity theft. Deputies arrived and make contact with the victim. The victim stated that unknown suspect(s) used the victims information to file taxes. The incident was reported to the IRS. This case remains under investigation.

Contact was made with the victim who stated that on todays date between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took money from within the home. This case remains under investigation.

Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Coyote Pass in reference to an 80 year old male not concious and not breathing. Santa Fe Medical staff arrived and began CPR. Medics were unable to find any signs of life on the victim. OMI was called to the scene. No signs of foul play were observed at the scene. It was reported the victim had an entensive medical history. This case remains under investigation.

Victim reports at the above construction site unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into a Utility Trailer, Cargo Trailer, and Conex Box. Entry was gained by cutting locks off the doors. Once inside the above items were taken. Total estimated value of damage $350.00 dollars. Case still pending further investigation.

On Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 7:00 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to an unresponsive female. Attempts to revive the deceased were unsuccessful. The Office of the Medical Examiner responded to the scene. There were no signs of foul play.

Location: Agua Fria/ Camino De Hermanos Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507
Arrested: Archuleta, Tommy; 55 years of age; Santa Fe, NM 87507
Deputies came into contact with the above suspect at a checkpoint being conducted at this location. Deputies observed the vehicle cross over a coned off area for the checkpoint and strike a curb in an attempt to avoid the checkpoint. The vehicle was located near the area and the suspect, close to the vehicle stated his brother was operating the vehicle, No one else was around the vehicle.Deputies witnessed the suspect attempting to bury the keys to the vehicle in the ground at the location. A State of New Mexico MVD inquiry showed the suspects license was revoked. The vehicle was seized as per SFC ordince and the driver was arrested on the above stated charges without incident.

Deputies responded to the above location on today's date in reference to an identity theft. The victim advised on this date at approximately 6:30pm, she received a phone call from "Albuquerque Health Partners" advising she had a medical appointment with their group. The victim advised she didnt make an appointment. The victim stated the caller had her name but then asked for her date of birth and social security number. The victim did not provide the caller with her personal information and hung up. The victim then contacted law enforcement to report the matter. At this time, no suspects have been located or identified in this matter and this case is under investigation.

On Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 3:59 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a fraud. An unknown suspect(s) removed checks from the victim's mail and attempted to cash the checks at a bank. One of the checks was valued at more than $20,000.
