Deputy was dispatched to the above location, upon investigation, it was found that between 10 p.m. on 12-5-15 and 0830 on 12-6-15 subjects attempted to enter the residence by force and while in the process damaged property. Case is under investigation.

Deputy was dispatched to the adult detention center, upon investigation, it was determined that the above listed person had assaulted a corrections officer and struck another corrections officer in his face. Subject was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Salvador Guerrero-Delgado, 30-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-07-15 at about 1:00am the defendant was observed traveling south on US 84/285 failing to maintain his lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver showed signs of impairment. After a DWI investigation was condcuted the defendant was placed under arrest. The defendant submitted to a breath test, which showed his breath alcohol concentration to be over twice the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Arrested: Michelle Harpstrite, 53-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-06-15 Ms. Harpstrite struck a household member in the head with a walking stick during an argument. She was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an ambulance assist. A 54 year old male was found unresponsive and not breathing hanging in a shed. There were no signs of foul play or trauma. OMI took over the scene. Case still pending further investigation.
