Jerry Kolbe 79 yrs. was last seen at the intersection of I-25 / NM 599 at about 5:00pm today when he was dropped off by a neighbor. Jerry Kolbe is a veteran and told the neighbor he wanted to Hitch Hike to Albuquerque. Jerry does have diabetes and may be headed to the VA Hospital. He was last seen wearing blue Jeans, a red flannel shirt and black jacket carrying a duffle bag. He has been entered into NCIC as Missing.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an ambulance assist regarding a male subject who was unresponsive and not breathing. Deputies located a 57 year old male who did not display any signs of life. OMI arrived on scene and took over investigation. There were no indicators of foul play or any sign of suspicious activity. Case is pending further investigation.

On Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 6:22 PM, Deputy was advised by the victim that an unknown person had set up an account with a company using her information. Victim advised she has never opened anaccount with that company. The company advised her she has an outstanding balance on her account.

The above wanted male was taken into custody on an active warrant. Suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested- Leroy Romero Age 52 Santa Fe, NM
Charges- Driving While License is Suspended/Revoked, Speeding
Deputy stopped a 1997 blue in color Oldsmibile 4d at the above location for speeding. Driver was identified as Leroy Romero. A driver's license inquiry revealed Romero's license to suspended/revoked with the arrest clause. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 as amended 2013-5. Romero was booked into the Adult Detention Center without incident.

A 35 year old male was reported to unresponsive and not breathing. Paramedics attempted life saving techniques to no avail. There were no signs of foul play or suspicious activity located on scene. OMI arrived and took over investigation.

Deceased: 65-year-old male from Franklin Grove Illinois
On 03-19-15 at approximately 3:15AM a 65-year-old male who was staying at the above location with his wife passed away. The investigation revealed no signs of foul play and it appears he died from natural causes.

Arrested: Nick Danielson, 36-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 03-18-15 at about 7:30PM the above suspect crashed his vehicle, a 2001 Buick into a tree on Henry Lynch Road. He attempted to leave the scene but was stopped a short distance from the crash. Durring the investigation of the crash he was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. Breath test results showed his breath alcohol concentration to be over twice the legal limit. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: Unknown RV park in the Santa Fe area
Suspect's: 4 males with Australian accents between the ages of 21 to 25 years old driving a motor home.
The victim, a 24-year-old female reported she met 4 males at a local bar in Santa Fe and consumed alcohol with them. She left the bar with them and ended up at a RV park in the surrounding area of Santa Fe where more alcohol was consumed. She fell asleep and when she woke up she was naked and believes she was raped. After she woke up she got a ride home. She was unable to remember where the RV park was. The case is under investigation.
