The above driver was stopped for traveling on the wrong side of the roadway and almost colliding with a deputy. The driver was found to be impaired and was placed under arrest. He refused to submit to a breath test and was subsequently booked into the Adult Detention Center.

Victims advised they were notified by the IRS to verify their information in order to obtain their tax return, but victims advised they have not filed their taxes yet. Victims advised the IRS told them an unknown person(s) filed their taxes using their information.

Deputies responded to Otto Road in reference to a larceny. Reporting party advised sometime between 03-21-15 and 03-23-15 an unknown suspect(s) stole a set of wheels and tires from a 1993 Chevrolet pickup. The suspect(s) also caused minor damage to the vehicle's quarter panel in the process. The estimated value of the wheels and tires is $3540.00. Case is pending further investigation.

Santa Fe County Sheriffs Deputies responded to # 30 Buffalo Thunder Trail in reference to a female cashing several checks that appeared to be suspicious. Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies arrived and made contact with the above listed suspects. Evidence was located that showed both suspects were cashing fraudulent checks and using victims identitties to do so. The suspects vehicle was located in the parking lot at which time it was discovered the suspects were in possession of a stolen motor vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a firearm. Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center. This case remains under further investigation.

Deputies observed the above suspect driving a 1993 Cadillac on Shenandoah Trail. The driver was unable to maintain his lane and was stopped. Driver was arrested for operating a the vehicle while his driving privilages had been revoked.
