On Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 4:29 AM deputies responded to a establishment at the location in reference to a sexual assault.  The victim reported that she had been sexually assauled by an unknopwn male at the location.  The victim sustained no injuries as a result of this incident.


SFCSO Case #0215002761/ DWI, Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/

Location: I-25 at mile post 268 Santa fe, NM 87508

Arrested: Phillip Berkowitz, 31 years of age, Beverly Hills CA 90211

Deputies responded to the above stated area in regards to a welfare check that was requested by a family member. The above listed subject was located hiding in the bathroom at the rest stop. The subject advised he was involved in a motor vehicle crash on the Interstate but could not state where. The subjects vehicle was located across the Interstate from the rest area. Outside the vehicle, a black bag was located containing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The above stated subject admitted to ingesting methamphetamine prior to operating his motor vehicle and before crashing his vehicle. The above listed subject displayed signs of impairment when tests were administred and a blood draw was completed. The above listed subject was charged and booked accordingly into the santa fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Andrea Rivera, 27 years of age, Los Alamos, NM 87544

Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash at the above stated location. The driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to the Espanola Hospital. The driver admitted to drinking alcoholic bevergaes prior to operating her motor vehicle, she admitted to having an open alcoholic container in the vehicle and she also admited to texting just moments before the crash occured. The driver showed signs of impairment and a blood draw was conducted. The driver was subsequently charged and booked on the above charges without incident.

Missing: Jesus Lozoya, 16 years of age, 5'7", 110lbs, short brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a grey in color long sleeve shirt, blue jeans.

Deputies responded to a call in reference to a runaway juvenile. The above juvenile's father reported that his son was missing and he was last seen 1:00pm at Capital High School. The juvenile is possibly with another runaway juvenile by the name of Emelia Ortiz. The juvenile's whereabouts are unkown at this time. SFCSO Case #0215002755/ Possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin and Concealing identity/ 02-23-2015

Locatio: Rufina/Paseo de Tercero Santa Fe, NM 87507

Arrested: Isaac Boylan, 18 years of age, Santa fe, NM 87507

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the above location. Contact was made with the driver and the passenger. Deputies identified the passenger as Isaac Boylan but Mr. Boylan provided a ficticious name. Mr. Boylan had an active warrant for arrest and the warrant had identifying descriptors listed and a positive identification was made from those descriptors. Upon arrest, deputies searched Mr. Boylan's person and located a brown tar like substance consistent with heroin. Mr. Boylan stated the substance was heroin and it field tested positive for heroin. Mr. Boylan was charged and booked on his outstanding warrant for arrest, possession of a controlled substance to wit: heroin and concealing identity.

Missing: Emelia Ariana Ortiz, 15 years of age, 5'1 inches tall, 100lbs, light brown hair, brown eyes, possibly wearing a black in color tank top, blue jeans and a blue in color "Old Navy jacket.

Deputies responded to a report of a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was last seen at Capital High School around 1:00pm on today's date. The reporting party advised the juvenile might have left the school due to a protest at the school but her whereabouts are unknown at this time. The juvenile was entered into NCIC (National Crime Information Center) as a runaway. If anyone has any information in regards to this runaway juvenile, please contact the Santa fe County Sheriff's Office.

Subject: Johnny Moreno     Age: 40     Santa Fe,NM

Deputy responded to the location in reference to property being damaged inside the establishment by a male subject. Upon deputy arrival, the subject was located and arrested without incident. Subject was taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Location: Interstate 25 at mm 288 (2 miles south of Eldorado exit)

Arrested: Adam Miller - age 27, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver was stopped for speeding on 2/21/15 at about 11:09pm and exhibited signs of impairment. He was arrested for DWI and he refused to submit to a breath test. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

On Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 1:05 PM Suspects 1 - 3 gained entry to a residence at the location by forcing open the front door, damaging the door and door frame.  Once entry was gained Suspects 1 - 3 removed two TVs from the residence.  One of the suspects pointed an unknown type handgun at victim.  The residence was unoccuppied at the time of this incident.  Victim #2 came upon this incident while it was in progress.  At 1:38 PM the suspects were located in the vehicle traveling north on US Highway 84/285 at Mile Marker 175.  Suspect #1 refused to bring the vehicle to a stop and a pursuit ensued.  At the intersection of Riverside Drive and State Road 76 (Espanola), Suspect #1 brought the vehicle to a stop and the three suspects attempted to flee on foot.  Suspects #1 and #2 were taken into custody.  Suspect #3 did flee on foot.  Both TVs were recovered from the vehicle.  Suspects #1 and #2 were also found to have valid Arrest Warrants issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.  The handgun has not been located at this time.

Arrested: Candace Ortega, 22 years of age, Las Vegas, NM 87745

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at the above location. The above suspect admitted to striking her boyfriend in the left eye with a closed fist after she found him talking to another girl. The victim sustained a small laceration over his eye and was transported to the hospital for his injuriy and his level of intoxication. The above subject was charged accordingly and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
