Victim: Female, 40, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Robert Deyapp, 48, Santa Fe, NM

On Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 12:27 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic disturbance. At location both suspect and victim were involved in a verbal argument. The argument escalated into a physical altercation where the suspect battered the victim. Suspect also had a warrant for his arrest. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Victim did not suffer from any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Location: Residence on Quiet Valley Loop in Edgewood N.M.

Stolen: several power and hand tools including a Delta planer, wire welder and helmet, Makita grinder, framing nail gun, Dewalt sawzall and misc. hand tools.  Total value of $4,000

On 02-05-15 the victim reported sometime between February 3rd and February 5th someone cut the lock off his storage shed and stole the above listed property.

Arrested: Timothy McConnell - age 52, Santa Fe,  NM

The above suspect was placed under arrest for reportedly pointing a crossbow at his neighbor following a dispute on February 4, 2015. No injuries occurred and the suspec was booked into ADC.

Items Stolen: Auto Parts, Power Tools

Victim reported that unknown persons forced entry into his shed sometime between Friday January 30, 2015 and today February 4, 2015. Victim stated once in the shed the suspects stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.
