Charges: Theft of a credit card by taking or retaining possession of card taken, Fraudulent use of a credit card
On Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 3:01 PM, Deputy responded to location, which is in Santa Fe County, in reference to stolen credit cards. Victim advised an unknown person took two of her credit cards and made charges to the cards at separate locations.

Location: Paseo Del Conejo, Santa Fe, NM, 87505 (Las Campanas area)
Santa Fe County Sheriffs Deputies responded to an address on Paseo Del Conejo in reference to a welfare check. Deputies arrived and located an elderly male and elderly female inside the home. Both individuals were unresponsive. Deputies made entry into the home. Medics were called to the scene, upon arrival medics did not find any signs of life. There were no signs of foul play at the scene. This case remains under investigation.

Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Estacada Road in reference to a reported Identity theft. Upon arrival victim stated unknown suspect(s) attempted to file a tax return under the victims name. This case remains under investigation.

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center
Deceased: 55-year-old Male.
On Sunday, March 15, 2015, at approximately 11:03pm, Deputy Meek was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, Santa Fe, New Mexico, in reference to a death investigation. Deputy Meek made contact with Detention Center Staff. Detention Center Staff advised that at 9:43pm, a male subject collapsed at an entry door. CPR was conducted by jail staff and Medics responded. The subject did not respond to efforts to resuscitate him. There were no signs of foul play observed by Deputies. OMI arrived on scene at 1:45am and pronounced the time of death as 1:50am. At this time, OMI does not believe there was any foul play and the death was of natural causes. Victim was transported to OMI for an autopsy to confirm the cause of death.

Deputy responded to area in reference to mailbox clusters being damaged. Upon arrival, Deputy observed the damage to the mailbox clusters and notified the US Postal Service. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Erin Corvin, 34, Santa Fe, NM
On Monday, March 16, 2015 at 4:10 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to someone attempting to gain unlawful entry. It was determined the suspect had seen an item she believed belonged to her at location and tried to gain entry to obtain the item. A window was damaged at location. Suspect began yelling, disturbing the peace. It was determined the item at location the suspect was trying to obatin did not belong to the suspect. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Arrested: Floyd Martinez - age 57, Espanola, NM
The above driver was stopped for swerving on the roadway at about 5:36pm on March 15, 2015. He was found to be impaired and was placed under arrest. He refused a breath test and was booked into ADC after a search warrant for a blood draw was served.
