On June 30, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Santa Fe Trail in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies made contact with the victim who stated that sometime between 7:00 pm -9:00 pm onJune 29, 2014 suspects gained unauthorized entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained, suspects took an electronic from the home. This case remains under investigation.

On June 29, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Santa Fe County Road 84 in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised that between June 28th 2014 at 10:30pm and June 29th 2014 at 10:00 am unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into the victims address. Once entrance was gained suspects took US currency and various consumables. This case remains under investigation.

Responsibility
On Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 9: 39 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location attempting to negotiate a right curve. For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the left side, striking a dirt embankment and a wooden fence. The suspect was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and no proof of insurance could be located in the vehicle. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of that test are pending. The suspect sustained a head injury and was admitted to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center for treatment of her injury.

On Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 6:24 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location when he struck another vehicle from behind. The suspect was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a straw and a bottle cap which had been used to ingest a controlled substance. The suspect is under the control of the New Mexico Department of Corrections (Probation and Parole Division) and an Arrest Order was issued for the suspect for violating his conditions of probation.

On June 28, 2014 Deputies stopped a black in color Audi Bearing New Mexico registration tag 876RZK while it was traveling north bound on U.S. 84/28 without headlamp during night time hours. During the course of the traffic stop it was found the driver who was identified as George Dominguez was impaired by an intoxicating liquor. It was furthermore learned that Mr. Dominguez’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle was currently revoked as a result of a prior DWI arrest. Dominguez was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County adult detention center where he was booked accordingly. The vehicle which he was operating was seized per county ordinance 2013-5

Victim and suspect were reported to have been involved in an argument. Victim was reported to have been struck in the back of the head with an unknown object causing victim to sustain laceration. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.
