Dispatch recieved a 911 call in reference to a reckless driver. Upon contact with the driver, she was found to have struck a concrete median and sustained a flat tire. Driver admitted to taking several medications and showed multiple signs of impairment during field sobriety tests. Driver was arrested and taken to St. Vincent's Hospital for a blood draw in accordance with the New Mexico Implied Consent Act. Driver was than booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

On April 12, 2014 Deputies were dispatched tot eh residence of 2284 Henry Lynch Road in reference to a family abuse argument. During the course of the investigation Deputies learned that the suspect entered the residence without consent. While in the residence he began to argue with the victim. During the course of the argument the suspect began to throw rocks at the victims’ vehicle causing damage to that vehicle. In an attempt to stop further damage from being caused the victim placed herself between the suspect and the vehicle . As a result the suspect pushed the victim so that he could continue damaging the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and taken to ADC without incident.

On Saturday, April 12, 2014 at 12:52 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location without a lighted license plate lamp. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's driver's license is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. This check also revealed that the vehicle registration had expired on June 30, 2013. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Ssanta Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

On Friday, April 11, 2014 at 11:30 PM deputies were responding to a reported Domestic Disturbance on Jaramillo Lane. The suspect fled the area in the vehicle. The suspect was observed operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to stop for a posted stop sign. The suspect was also unable to maintain a single lane of travel. When given a visual command to stop (emergency lights) the suspect failed to bring the vehicle to a stop and traveled approximately .25 miles before stopping. The suspect was found to be in possession of open bottles of Corona Beer. The registration should be displayed on another vehicle and the suspect's privilege to operate a motor vehicle in New Mexico has been suspended. There was no Domestic Disturbance at the original location, the suspect was just operating the vehicle carelessly at that location.

On April 10th 2014 Deputies were dispatched to the location of 55 Ogo Wii Road in reference to a motor vehicle collision, hit and run. Upon arrival to the location Deputies found that a light pole had been struck by a vehicle which caused damage to the property. The vehicle which had left the scene was located at space #605. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle who was later found to be impaired by an intoxicant. The driver was identified as Kenneth Miller 51 yo male. Miller was arrested and subsequently submitted to a blood draw to determine his blood alcohol level. The samples which were collected will be sent to the Scientific Laboratory Division for analysis.

On April 10th 2014 Deputies responded to the location of 9 Old Dog Run in reference to a reported ambulance assist. While responding Deputies learned that medical personnel had arrived on-scene and found Lee Pack deceased. During the course of the investigation it was found that Pack had an unusual medical episode earlier in the day. No signs of foul play were observed during the investigation. OMI was summoned to the scene to conduct their investigation.

On April 10th 2014 Deputies responded to the location of 96 Old Las Vegas Highway in reference to a reported auto burglary. During the course of their investigation Deputies learned that between the hours of 3:00 pm and 10:40 pm and unknown suspect entered the victims vehicle without consent or permission. While inside the vehicle several items were removed which had a total value of $120.00. Evidence was located on scene which will be sent the New Mexico Department of Public Safety for analysis.

On 4/10/14 Deputies responded to the residence of 11 Sundance Dr in reference to a female knocking on the front door of the residence. The female told the occupants of the residence she had lost the keys to her vehicle and needed to come inside to get some water and warm up. The occupants called law enforcement since they did not know the female and it was 400 am. Upon the arrival of Deputies they made contact with the female and found that she was impaired by an intoxicant. The female was arrested for driving while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor.

Missing Person: Anton Ruiz 14yo male
On April 9th 2014 Deputies responded to a residence located at 1325 Calle Corazzi in reference to a reported juvenile runaway. During the course of the investigation Deputies learned that 14yo Anton Ruiz ran away from the residence. Anton’s mother stated Anton runs away frequently and is usually found in the company of his friends. No clothing description was able to be obtained due to the fact that Anton had run away several days prior had no recollection of what he was wearing then. Attempts were made to locate Anton but proved to be unsuccessful at this time.

On April 9th 2014 Deputies responded to a residence on Corte Court in reference to a reported criminal sexual contact of a minor. During the course if the investigation Deputies learned a possible criminal sexual contact of a minor occurred when a 16yo male allegedly touched his 7yo step sisters buttocks. Investigations was summoned to the scene and subsequently took over with the investigation.
