Location: Butterfly Springs Apartments - Pojoaque
A witness in the area saw a male stealing a tailgait off a pickup parked at the apartments at about 11:18pm on 4/14/15. The suspect left the area in a white Tacoma pickup. Value of the tailgait is estimated at $700.00

Location #27 Camino Cerrado, Santa Fe, NM 87506 (Pojoaque)
Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address at # 27 Camino Cerrado in reference to a 53 year old female that was having difficulty breathing. Santa Fe Medics arrived and found the 53 year old female with no signs of life. Santa Fe County Medics were unable to to resistate her. The scene was scecured and OMI was called to the scene. There were no signs of foul play at the scene. This case remains under invsestigation.

Location:Cities of Gold Road - Pojoaque, NM
Arrested: Larry Fernandez - age 51, Santa Fe, nm
The above driver was in the driver seat of his vehicle and found to be intoxicated. The driver admitted to driving to that location and witnesses reported seeing him drive. He was placed under arrest and found to have at least 3 prior DWI's on his record. A warrant was obtained for a blood draw and the driver was booked into ADC. The vehicle was seized per SFC seizure ordnance.

Items taken: Apple Ipad, diamond necklace, pearl necklace, medications.
Victim reported entry was gained into their residence between the hours of 0700 and 1600 hours. The above listed items were also taken during the commision of the burglary. Case is under investigation.

Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies repsonded to an address on Old Lamy Trail in reference to a reported identity theft. Contact was made with the victim who stated that suspect(s) used the victims identity to obtain multiple credit cards under the victims name. None of the cards were used. This case remains under investigation.

Stolen: 2001 Ford van
Santa Fe Sheriffs Deputies arrived to an address on Walnut Street in reference to a reported stolen motor vehicle. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated in the early morning hours on todays date an unknown suspect unlawfuly took the victims vehicle from his front yard. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as a stolen motor vehicle. The area was searched but the vehicle was not located. This case remains under investigation.

Stolen: Personal Documents, $750.00 in cash, Credit Card
Victim reported between the hours of 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm someone gained entry into their vehicle by force. Once inside the suspects stole a purse containing the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Jesse Maxey 43 yoa from Cochiti Lake NM
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to the vehicle's registered owner being revoked. Deputy made contact with the Driver who driver's license was in fact revoked due to a prior DWI. Driver was arrested and vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance.

On Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 4:52 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. It was discovered that an unknown suspect(s) broke out the passenger side window and removed a purse from the vehicle.
