On 11/24/24, deputies were dispatched to a self storage facility on US 84/285 in reference to multiple units being burlgarized. The suspect and vehicle were captured on video surveillance, and possible DNA evidence was left behind. The investigation is still ongoing.

Contact with the subject was made during a traffic stop. The subject had a confirmed arrest warrant out of Rio Arriba, for failure to appear with the original charge of possession of a controlled substance x3. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding a fight in progress. Through investigation, deputies learned the suspect and victim were in a relationship and the suspect had battered his significant other. The suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Arrested: Yazmin Garcia-Guerrero, 33YOF, Albuquerque, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary in progress. While on scene, deputies located the suspect inside the residence. It was learned that she gained access by breaking the window to the front door. While inside the residence, the suspect began to damage items, causing about $5,000 in damages. It was learned the suspect had a warrant for a past burglary at the same location. The suspect was transported and booked accordingly without incident.

Stolen: Arbor Snowboard and Bindings ($700)
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a larceny. During the investigation, it was learned the victim placed his snowboard on the storage racks, and when he came back to retrieve it, it was gone. No further information.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the location for speeding. During the stop it was learned the driver had a warrant for his arrest. The driver was placed under arrest, transported, and booked accordingly without incident. Original Charge for warrant: Speeding.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a fraud. During the investigation, it was learned that Apple contacted the victim via email. The victim contacted the telephone number provided, and the suspect was instructed to pay a bill by withdrawing $9,000 and depositing it into a Bitcoin machine. The victim soon realized this was a scam and contacted the Sheriff's Office.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop. During the stop, it was learned that the driver had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was placed under arrest and transported to the jail. While being processed into the jail, a white powdery substance believed to be narcotics was located on the subjects person. The subject was charged and booked accordingly.
