Driver was stopped after vehicle was observed with no tail or head lights. Driver was found to be driving while license was revoked due to a prior DWI conviction. The driver was arrested and the vehicle was siezed in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance. Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Suspect: Victoria Lopez - age 20, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at the above location. The investigation concluded that the suspect stabbed her boyfriend in the shoulder. The suspect fled the area prior to law enforcement arrival. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment and an arrest warrant was obtatained for Ms. Lopez. At the time of the report, Ms. Lopez had not yet been located.

Stolen: Electronics, clothes and US currency. Total value of $3,000
On 12-19-14 at approximately 10:31AM surveillance footage from the victims residence captured two male and two female subjects drive onto the property in a silver in color Pontiac passenger car. All subjects exited the car and forced entry into the residence through a window and stole the above listed items.

The above driver was stopped for an non-functional headlight. During the traffic stop, she exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. She submitted to a breath test and the results were .09 and .10. She was booked into ADC accordingly.

On Thursday, December 18, 2014 the suspect was found to be in possession of two (2) orange in color strips, suspected of being Suboxone, while at the location. The incident was discovered during an inspection of the facility.

Charged: Driving While License Revoked, Mandatory Proof of Financial Responsibility
On Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 9:21 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle at the location displaying a vehicle registration with an expired validation sticker. The suspect was unable to produce a driver's license or proof of insurance upon request but he did produce valid proof of vehicle registration. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 as ammended.

On Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 7:54 PM the suspect was the right front seat passenger in a suspicious vehicle parked at a residence at the location. The suspect was found to be in possession of a brown tar substance, suspected of being Heroin and a metal spoon containing suspected Heroin residue.

On December 16, 2014 complainant checked residence after an alarm activation on December 15, 2014. Complainant stated unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry through an unlocked door and took the above items. Case still pending further investigation.

The above inmate was suspected of possessing contraband. A search of the inmate revealed he was in possession of suspected heroin and suboxone. He was charged accordingly.

On Monday December 16, 2014 Santa Fe County Deputies responded to a reported burglary that occurred at the above listed location. Deputy Lopez arrived and was advised that an inmate from the facility forced entry into a secure location within the jail. Once inside the inmate took several things of value. The facility was able to provide evidence of the crime. The inmate was re-booked and charged with burglary.
