Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a intoxicated male. When deputies arrived the above suspect was combative. The suspect was transported to Christus St. Vincent's Hospital for an injury to his hand. During the investigation the suspect battered a deputy. Suspect was booked on the above charges.

Deputies observed the listed person driving a vehicle east on Airport Road with its tires flat on the driver side. Deputies initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver. The driver displayed signs of impairment and sobriety tests were administered. The driver was arrested and he submitted to chemical testing. The results of the tests were .21, .20. Driver was taken to jail.

Victim reported to Deputy that during an argument with his girlfriend, she broke the rear window to his vehicle. The suspect then stated she did break the window only after he refused to give her, her property back. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.

On Saturday June 21, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputy Girmendonk observed a vehicle with fictitious license plates. Upon making contact with the driver it was discovered that the driver was operating a motor vehicle with a revoked drivers license. The driver was arrested without incident and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Charges: Aggravated Battery w/Deadly Weapon, Shooting at or from a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Damage to Property
Suspect: Hispanic male, 5'9"-5'11', 180-190 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, suspect has a full beard, and a full sleeve tattoo on one of his arms.
Victim: David Perez 35 yo Male Santa Fe NM
Vehicle: White Chevrolet pick-up truck, with a lift kit, black rims and big tires, tinted windows, and a chrome bar on front bumper holding two K.C. lights. Vehicle occupied by four or five hispanic males. No plate information.
On June 21, 2014, at approximately 2001 hours, Deputies were dispatched to the Pojoaque Kicks 66 reference shots fired. Upon arrival Deputies learned an incident occurred at the Pojoaque Kicks 66 with four to five males in a White Chevrolet pick-up truck and the victim. It was found that the unknown driver of white Chevrolet truck was flirting with victim's wife at the gas pumps. Victim took a baseball bat out of his truck to confront the subjects but instead was chased again by them. Victim drove away from the gas station however subject's in the white Chevrolet pick-up truck followed where another argument ensued. Driver of white Chevrolet truck approached victim with a black semi-automatic handgun and hit him with the butt of the gun on the back of his head two to three times, and fired two or three shots toward the victims vehicle then fled the area southbound on U.S. 84/285, and was not located at this time.
