Victim reports unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into their 2011 Gold Dodge Durango sometime between the dates of July 9, 2014 at 8:00pm and July 10, 2014 at 7:00am. Entry was gained through an unsecured door. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.

Arrested: Gerren Candelaria 31 yoa male (San Felipe NM) , Garren Garcia 34 yoa male (San Felipe NM)
On Wednesday July 9th,2014 Deputy Lujan was traveling northbound on NM 14 when he observed a white in color Ford F150 traveling southbound in the northbound lanes. The vehicle then drove over a median into southbound traffic. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver appeared to be heavily intoxicated. SFST's were conducted and numerous signs of impairment were noted, and the driver was arrested. While on scene it was learned that driver had just crashed into a parked vehicle at the Allsups gas station on NM 14 and was fleeing the scene. During inventory of the vehicle an open bottle of beer was located. Driver was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Detention Center. Passenger in the vehicle Mr. Garret Garcia was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the Sandoval County Magistrate Court. He was also arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim reported that while he was incarcerated from July 6, 2014 to this date some unknown individual was using his First National Bank debt card in the above amount. Victim explained he last had possession of his debt card in Albuquerque when he was arrested for a probation violation. Victim stated he banks at the Eldorado bank.

In July 8, 2014 Deputies responded to 16 Old Callejon Road in reference to a reported breaking and entering. Upon arrival Deputies learned that on 7/8/2014 an unknown suspect entered the residence through a window which he had broken but was spooked by the victim. The victim stated she then observed the unknown male run across the field. Attempts were made to locate the suspect but were unsuccessful at this time.

On the above date Deputies were dispatched to the location of 3773 West Alameda in reference to a reported larceny in progress. Upon arrival Deputies were able to locate a male who was identified as Jonathan Walker. Deputies learned that Walker was attempting to remove items from the property without permission from the owner. Walker was taken into custody and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Teresa Sarmiento 48 years old, Santa Fe, NM 87507
On July 08, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Morning Drive and Morning Street in reference to an individual that was unconscious. Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies arrived to the area and located a vehicle blocking traffic. Contact was made with the above listed suspect who was alseep behind the steering wheel. The suspect was awoken and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered, the driver showed signs of impairment and was not able to complete the tests. The driver was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe Sheriff's Office where she was administered a breath test. Driver was also operating a vehicle while her privileges were suspended to do so. Driver was then taken to the Santa Fe Detention Center where she was booked accordingly.

Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who advised that unknown suspect gained unauthorized entry into the victims home, once. Victim reported that nothing appeared to be missing at this time. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies arrived and made contact with the complainant who advised that unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into the home. Once entry was gained suspects rummaged through the home. Complainant advised that northing was taken. This case remains under investigation.
